I am Alice Lane Koerner and I started Roar Advisors in 2020 because
I believe that it is TIME for women to step into our fabulousness, own our superpowers, and use them to change the business world so that it works for us instead of the other way around!
Roar is here to help women combine their own purpose and passion for living their fullest lives and see this as the way to improving the world for everyone.
Together we turn these into new revenue streams that uplift our lives, are critical to the ongoing success of our organizations, and create the world we all want.
Over my 30 year career
I have been a Wall Street tech analyst, earned an International MBA from Chicago Booth, launched two businesses, and led brand strategy work independently and with ad agencies in NYC and London and for a Hollywood studio.
As a brand strategist, I’ve partnered with clients across industries—finance, fashion, food, consumer products, nonprofits, tech, and entertainment—to transform brands from startup to launch; from struggle to success. Through this work, I discovered that the most powerful brands are those that embrace and amplify what makes them unique, using these qualities as a blueprint for growth and connection.
That’s why I work both with individuals and with organizations. Because we all know that once women find their mission and their WHY, that nothing can stop them in their quest to uplift their families, companies, and the whole world.
